This BCBG black maxi skirt is one of those fashion items that completely took me by surprise. Before the Prada party a few weeks ago, I did a little pre-event shopping. I never would have picked it up off the hanger but saw a gal in the dressing room with this gorgeous, black maxi skirt with thigh-high slits on either side and had to have it. I bought it, wondering when and where in the world I would wear this to. But I’ve actually found plenty of occasions! From last weekend’s Espionage en Couture soiree to my honeymoon, my not-so-little black skirt has come quite in handy. I love unexpected finds like this!
